How to Change 500 and 1000 Notes in India : Narendara Modi (Prime Minister) said the notes of 500 and 1000 “Will not be legal tender form midnight of 08-11-2016 and change the notes in to Rs. 2000 and Rs. 500 New Notes”. Change of 500 and 1000 Rupees Notes :

Exchange of Old 500 Rupees and 1000 Rupees through Bank or Post Office accounts form 10th November to 30th December 2016 with out limit while showing a ID Proof. But the problem is withdrawal i.e. Per day 1,00,000  and per week Rs.2,00,000 only. For more details check notification of RBI.

How to Transfer Old 500 and 1000 Rupees Notes :

  • Visit Bank or Head Post Office of Nearest area from 9th or 10th November to 30th December of 2016.
  • Deposit Your  Old 500and 1000 Currency in your account.
  • Withdrawal through relevant ATM or Bank with credit card/debit card.
  • for withdrawal follow the instructions and conditions (NEW).
